PSC Halloween Cards

Tonight, I was very productive and made two cards for the children of PSC who are the recipients of Madison's "I Feel The Love" project over at Funky Cards .  If you were here earlier this month, then you'll remember the blog hop of banners that were made for them.  I made a card for a girl and another for a boy.
Now, I do feel that I cheated a little as there's no cricut-ting on these cards or stamping, but there are some cool items on the cards.  Action Wobbles!  Have you heard of those?  They are great!  They can make anything wobble and wiggle.  The witch and the pumpkin both move.  I hope the children enjoy the cards!

Damask Rosette Birthday Card

Today, I had the intent to work on a Halloween card, but ended up working on a birthday card for a co-worker.  The rosettes are from a rose ribbon that I just individually cut off each one for my card.  The stick pin is from a Stampin' Up hardware kit that I've had for a while (ok....years!).  I love the idea of combining ribbon with the jewels.

I'm Back!!!

Hi, everyone!  I'm finally back in to the swing of things!  The cruise was awesome!  I already have an idea of mini scrapbooks I'm going to make for me and my friend to remember all the fun memories.  Stay tuned for that.  Today, I'm going to start working on a card for Madison @ Funky Cards September's I Feel The Love Project.  Please head over and check out her blog to participate! Thank you for all the support on my blog.  Now that I'm back, I'll definitely start making more regular posts.  Head back later to check out the I Feel The Love card!  Have a great day and happy crafting everyone!

Labor of Love Halloween Blog Hop!!!!!!

Hi, everyone!  Thank you for hopping along with us today and all this weekend to celebrate the Labor of Love Halloween Blog Hop!  We are so excited that you have joined us today as we show you the cute banners that were made for the children of Pediatric Specialty Care!  This great hop is being hosted by Ellen(Cardmonkey) and Madison(Funky Cards).  Here's a look at the banner I made:
I created this banner using the mini monster cartridge for the houses, paperdoll dress up for the fence and trick-or-treaters and some pre-made accents.  I LOVE the way it came out.  Here are some close up pics:

Did ya notice all the SPOOKY eyes in the dark?  As you can see from the pictures, I heart my cuttlebug (and put it to great use with all the embossing) and Peachy Keen Face Stamps.  Special thanks to my friends Cheryl and Danielle who helped me emboss and string my banner!!   Now hop along to LORI who has a super cute banner to share with you!

Also, if you'd like to get in on the fun, we are asking anyone who would like, to make a card to send to the special children at PSC.  For all the details on this great project (and to link your card for others to see!) please check out Madison's September "I Feel The Love" Project HERE!
